Nature is a temple in which living pillars sometimes give voice to confused words; man passes there through forests of symbols which look at him with understanding eyes. ~ Charles Baudelaire
Divination is one of the oldest practices known to mankind. Seeking answers and insight through unconventional means - runes, tarot cards, tea leaves - deliver a superfluity of knowledge.
Do you dare ask? Do you believe?
A simple three card spread utilizing my kindred deck, Tarot Mucha: Knave of Swords - a time of negotiation that requires the willingness to see all sides of the question dispassionately; the Chariot - success, self-satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, managing your own destiny; Two of Discs - juggling too many tasks, a need to simplify and delegate for better balance in life.
Selecting one card: the Star - purity, hope, destiny, the pattern of the cosmos, divine intention, faith.
In a two card spread: Eight of Discs - craftsmanship, dedication to pursuing excellence, right livelihood, career advance over time; and the Sun - happiness, a release from sorrow, growing toward the light, the warmth of love.
The Ace of Cups signifies the awakening of the spirit and the attainment of spiritual bliss, divine love, peace and joy, spiritual nourishment.
The Knight of Cups is the bringer of bliss, a deeper understanding of your life's purpose or an invitation that will lead to pleasure, the call of the heart.
The High Priestess represents wisdom, illuminated awareness, feminine mysteries revealed between duality.
See, it's all in the cards... xoxo-Sonya
